On the order details page, you’ll see the current status of your order, including:

  • Order Confirmed: We’ve successfully received your order and are preparing it for shipment.

  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

  • Out for Delivery: Your order has arrived at the destination and is awaiting delivery.

  • Completed: Your order has been successfully delivered.

View Shipping Information:

If your order has shipped, you can view detailed shipping information, including the carrier, tracking number, and estimated delivery time. Click the “Track Package” button to be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can see real-time updates on your package’s location.

  • Why does my order status show "Completed" but I haven't received the item?
